By completing this purchase, I hereby acknowledge and agree to these terms:

1. RESET WITH ANDREA is an educational program only. It is not a substitute for medical care provided by a primary care physician or health care team. I understand that I should consult with my doctor prior to starting ANY exercise, weight loss or supplement program. It is my and my primary care physician's responsibility to assure that there are no underlying conditions that would impair my success with the RESET WITH ANDREA program.
2. The purpose of this education and coaching is to improve overall health, vitality, and well-being through the use of natural foods and non-medicinal supplements.
3. Participation in RESET WITH ANDREA does not imply status as a "client" of ANDREA GARRO (or other RESET representatives). If I have or suspect that I have a medical condition, I will contact my healthcare provider immediately and will not delay seeking medical advice.
4. As part of RESET WITH ANDREA, I may be asked to provide information concerning my physical habits, medical history, moods, energy levels, likes and dislikes, lifestyle and diet. This information is collected by my RESET coach to: (i) assess my knowledge of nutrition, (ii) educate me about the benefits of sound nutritional practices and (iii) recommend dietary changes to improve my general health, vitality, and overall well-being. This information is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be released or disclosed to any other person, without prior consent, except as required by applicable law.
5. If ANDREA GARRO (or other RESET representatives) suspects the existence of a disease, disorder, or condition, I will be informed of this suspicion. However, I acknowledge this is not a diagnosis or conclusion about the state of my health and that I am directed to promptly consult my primary care provider about any suspected problems.
6. I am not to alter or discontinue treatments prescribed by my primary care physician or other licensed health professionals without consulting the practitioner who prescribed the treatment.
7. In providing coaching to me, ANDREA GARRO (or other RESET representatives) is relying upon the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all information I have provided. Any recommendations I follow for changes in diet, including the use of nutritional supplements, are entirely my decision and responsibility.
8. ANDREA GARRO (or other RESET representative) is in no way liable for my health or safety.
9. In consideration of my participation in RESET WITH ANDREA, I hereby accept all risks to my health, including injury or death that may result from such participation and I hereby release ANDREA GARRO on my behalf and on behalf of my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns from any and all costs, claims, causes of action and damages arising from any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur as a result of my participation in RESET WITH ANDREA, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
10. RESET WITH ANDREA is a proven program that works if instructions are followed closely. If for any reason I need to delay, a RESET representative will be available when I am ready.  
11. Regardless of the extent to which I do or do not take advantage of all program components, the participant remains fully responsible for the timely submission of all program payments.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

I understand that the following conditions may be temporarily aggravated and should be managed by my primary care physician throughout my participation in the PROGRAM.

• Diabetes: Dietary changes can increase or decrease the need for diabetic medications. Blood sugar and medication monitoring must be managed carefully by my primary care or prescribing physician.
• Cholesterol: Total cholesterol levels may temporarily increase as cholesterol is mobilized during the weight loss process. This is expected to resolve several months after participating in RESET WITH ANDREA. In many cases, cholesterol levels will improve from pre-program numbers after several months.
• Blood Pressure: Low blood pressure may rise to normal range. High blood pressure may improve to normal range. Blood pressure and medication monitoring must be managed carefully by a primary care or prescribing physician.

I understand that the following are contraindications to RESET WITH ANDREA. I attest that I do not have any of the following health conditions. I understand that if any of these conditions are present, this PROGRAM is not appropriate for me.

• Currently Pregnant or Nursing
• Gallstones or Gallbladder Pain
• Cancer or Tumors (benign or malignant)
• Insulin Dependent or Uncontrolled Diabetes
• Heart Attack, Unstable Angina, or History of Coronary Occlusion in the past year.
• Stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA or mini-stroke)
• Disordered Eating
• BMI Under 18.5

I understand information and statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning a new supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing.

I understand that any therapies I undertake are undertaken of my own free will. I accept that the ultimate responsibility for my health care is my own and that ANDREA GARRO (or other RESET representatives) is here to support me in this area. I understand that my coach reserves the right to determine which services fall outside their scope of practice and in which event, an appropriate referral will be recommended. I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any manner of loss, injury, claim or damage whatsoever, known or unknown, incurred as a result of same and I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for any loss, injury, claim or damage sustained as a result of my attendance and/or participation. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated.

I understand that 24 hours is required for cancelling appointments. It is my responsibility to keep the scheduled appointment or reschedule. If I fail to show up for my session, I will forfeit that appointment.  

Information I Am Prohibited from Sharing with Others  

As a Licensee, I understand and acknowledge that the Programs, Products and Services and Program Materials have been created, developed or obtained through the investment of significant time, effort and expense and that this information is a valuable, special and unique asset which needs to be protected from improper and/or unauthorized use.

When you enroll in or purchase our Programs, Products or Services, I agree that I am clearly and expressly prohibited from doing the following:

• I will not copy, share or steal our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, or any parts of them.  
• I will not in any way use, copy, adapt or represent any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials in any way as if they are mine or created by me.
• I will not engage in improper and/or unauthorized use of the Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials. Improper and unauthorized use includes but is not limited to modifying, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, translating, selling, creating derivative works, exploiting, or distributing in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any Program Materials or any other information accessed or purchased through our Programs, Products or Services, or any other communications provided by us for your own personal use, business/commercial use or in any way that earns you money.
• I will not duplicate, share, trade, sell, or otherwise distribute the Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials to any other person, for their personal use, business/commercial use or in any way that earns them money, whether it was known to you or not at the time that you shared the information that their intention was to use the Program Materials for their own personal use or business/commercial use. This means you cannot share or sell or any part of the Programs, Products and Services or Program Materials to someone else so they can copy and/or use them for their own personal use, business/commercial use or in any way that earns them money. You are the only one granted a limited license to use our Program, Product, Service, and Program Materials.
• I will not violate the intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights. Downloading, printing, or otherwise using the Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials for my own training purposes in no way gives me any copyright, trademark, intellectual property or ownership rights of the Program, Product, Service or Program Materials.
• You will not reprint or republish any part of the Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials for publication or compilation into my own products, programs, services or program materials for my own personal use or business/commercial use or in any way that earns you money.  
• You will not use our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of  rights or in a manner that has not been authorized by RESET representative through our prior written consent. 
• I understand and agree that engaging in the prohibited use or the improper and/or unauthorized use of the Programs, Products or Services or Program Materials as set forth in these Terms of Use is considered theft and stealing, and as such, representatives of RESET With ANDREA retains the right to prosecute theft to the full extent of the law.

I agree and understand that prohibited use, improper and/or unauthorized use may give rise to a civil claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

By enrolling in RESET With ANDREA (the “Program”), I agree to the following terms:

1. Due to the nature of the Program, which includes access to proprietary content, materials, and resources, all payments made are non-refundable. Once the Program is purchased, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
2.   Intellectual Property Rights:
• All content provided within the Program, including but not limited to written materials, videos, audios, worksheets, and other resources, is the sole intellectual property of RESET With ANDREA.
• Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Commitment to Success:

RESET With ANDREA is committed to providing high-quality coaching and resources to support your journey. Your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and follow-through, and no guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT TO BE A FULL AND FINAL RELEASE OF ALL COSTS, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH RESET WITH ANDREA AND ANY INCLUDED COACHING SERVICES.
